Hey guys! How was your experience with Lucid customer service overall? I had some unexpected issues with my Lucid Air GT (hv battery and drive failure) and thought the Lucid service team would take too long while servicing it. It seems I was wrong.
First, I was impressed they took my car on a Saturday night;
Second, they checked the battery, and after realizing it needed to be replaced, they ordered and installed a new one way faster than I had expected;
Third, and this is what made the experience so great, the communication was very friendly and positive throughout the process.
They kept me updated daily, and within 12 days my car was fixed and ready to be delivered back to me. This level of service is something I hadn’t experienced before. Thanks for reading!
