Electrify America really seems to have a knack for mismanaging their stations. I’m at one right now, charging my Lucid Air, and instead of the usual 30-40 minutes, it’s taking over an hour and a half. The charger’s only giving me 40 kW instead of 150 kW, and even after a reset, nothing’s changed. To make matters worse, two out of the four stations here have been down for over a month. It’s becoming pretty clear without a home charger, a fast-charging car is just an expensive paperweight. Has anyone else had this experience?

That's unacceptable performance. 40kW on a 150kW charger is a major issue. Have you tried contacting Electrify America customer support?
