Can this Lucid ever feel like a luxury car again?

My friend's Lucid broke down while driving and it was in the service center for three months. It seemed like a high-mileage used car when it was returned, with external and interior damage, missing parts like the trunk divider and center caps, and even rust on the brake drums. Lucid wrote off the rust as "normal," but where had it been placed for three months to start having problems like this? He is starting to doubt his investment in what was meant to be a high-end car after another 1.5 months have passed with no resolution. Has anyone else faced such issues?

It could have been helpful if you had some before pictures with the car. I think it is hard to demand anything without having solid arguments. I am sorry for this experience you had... it really sucks...

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, we didn’t take before pictures, but the car’s condition when returned was concerning regardless.

That's why having a dashcam is so important. I'd recommend switching dealerships if I were you.

I agree, a dashcam would’ve been helpful. I’ll consider switching dealerships if things don’t improve soon.
