False advertising for surreal sound pro

Seriously, am I the only one who feels like I got ripped off by Surreal Sound Pro? The trial period was amazing – the sound was incredible, like a concert on wheels. But as soon as the 30 days were over, the sound quality completely tanked.

The salesperson assured me it would work perfectly with Amazon Music which is all I use. Now, the sound is so bad it's like I'm back in my grandma's old car. For a car like the Lucid, this is unacceptable.

Any hidden tricks to get the good sound back?

The Surreal Sound Pro trial is designed to showcase the system’s full capabilities including Dolby Atmos. Once the trial ends some features get dialed back leading to that noticeable drop in quality. Since you’re using Amazon Music you might try asking Alexa to play songs in Dolby Atmos but it can be hit or miss. If upgrading to the Pro package isn’t in the budget tweaking the EQ settings might help a bit. Consider exploring other music services like Tidal which offer better integration for high-quality audio in Lucid vehicles.
