At the very least, they should provide a replacement vehicle while holding your car.I got locked out of my Lucid, fob, key card, and app are all useless, and even Lucid service couldn’t help. They’re towing it, but my laptop and wallet are stuck inside. It is hard to believe there’s no emergency backup key for this.
Yeah, definitely seems bigger than a key issue. Hoping the tow helps, but I’ll update once I know more.A few times over the past month, the smart key didn’t work, but I was able to unlock it through the app after a few tries. What you're describing sounds more like a deeper wireless issue, so a remote reset likely won’t resolve it. Let us know if you get any updates
