Phone call issues

Hi! I can hear the other person when I get a phone call, but they can't hear me. Is there a way to fix this? It happens pretty often.

Try using the car’s voice command feature to see if it picks up your voice. If the voice command works fine, then the mic might not be the problem. If it doesn’t respond, that could point to a mic issue or a connection problem between your phone and the car. Checking both settings could help narrow it down
