I'm interested in how the brake lights on the Lucid Air behave when regenerative braking is engaged. Brake lights may or may not illuminate during regen, according to some sources.

I'd like to know if Lucid owners or experts have firsthand accounts or information about this. Does anyone know if regenerative braking causes the brake lights on the Lucid Air to turn on?

So, how about when you release the accelerator pedal just enough to move into recharge mode, but you are really not stopping, similar to an ice vehicle coasting. I had my wife follow me and it appears they do not come on immediately when dashboard gauge indicates regen?

It should illuminate when regenerative braking is active. Just put your foot on the accelerator a bit.
