I’ve been driving my Grand Touring for a couple of weeks now, and I’m struggling to hit the efficiency numbers I expected. The best I’ve managed so far is 2.7 miles per kWh, even when I’m driving super gently in Smooth mode. I’ve read that I should be closer to 4.3 miles per kWh under ideal conditions.

I’m currently at 780 miles on the odometer, and when I spoke to the Torrance dealer, they suggested things might improve as I hit 2,000 miles. But I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around why that would make such a big difference.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of low efficiency? Did it improve over time, or was there something specific you had to adjust or fix? I’d really appreciate any advice, especially from other Grand Touring owners.

I also can't seem to get to the 4 mi/kwh mark, especially since it's gotten colder now. Have had car for one month and have 800 miles. Currently sitting at 3.90. Yours seems way to low. Something seems amiss.
