Infotainment System is Bugged

Hey guys,

So my air touring;s infotainment system just totally gave up on me. No idea why, it was fine one minute and then…nothing. I tried a hard reset, but nah…still nothing.

Anyone else had this happen or know how to fix it? I’m low-key losing my mind here!!

Good idea to hit up customer service for help. I totally had a similar issue with my ride when it only had about 1k miles on it. A tech came right to my place, hooked up his laptop, and after a bit of troubleshooting (think a couple of reboots), he got everything working. Turns out, it wasn”t a hardware thing, it was just a communication issue between the main dashboard and the other stuffs. Fingers crossed they can get it sorted for you too!

I’ve had issues like that too. A hard reset usually works, but if it doesn’t, try disconnecting the battery or visiting a dealership for a deeper fix.

With all the random glitches and complaints popping up, Lucid seriously needs to think about outsourcing the software for their cars.
