SiriusXM favorites disappearing

I'm having a really annoying issue with my SiriusXM. My saved favorites keep disappearing! It's driving me nuts having to reprogram them all the time. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it a known problem with SiriusXM, or is it maybe something with my car's system? I've tried a few things, but nothing seems to permanently fix it.

Hey, welcome to the forum! That sucks about your SiriusXM favorites vanishing. Have you hit up Lucid support yet? They might have a fix. While you're waiting, see if you can spot any patterns. Does it happen when you turn off the car, switch stations, or what? Any details you can give them might help them figure it out.

Have you checked for any recent updates for your system? Sometimes these kinds of bugs get fixed with a new release.
