Struggling to Load Music on a SanDisk 5128GB flash drive for car

I’ve been trying to load music onto a SanDisk 128GB Ultra Fit 3.1 flash drive, formatted to FAT32, but the car won’t read it without errors. I’ve tried using .wmz files, both as albums and individual songs, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone had success with this setup or have any suggestions on how to get it to load properly?

Try using the .m4a file name
